Welcome to Crazy Good Threads. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Crazy Good Enterprises Ltd., a company registered in Trinidad and Tobago, operating under the trade name Crazy Good Threads at threads.crazygoodenterprises.com (the "Store" or "Services").
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services. Please read them carefully. By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 1 – Access and Eligibility

Section 2 – Our Products
All products sold through Crazy Good Threads are made to order via our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. We have made every effort to represent our products accurately, including descriptions, colors, and imagery. However, actual product appearance, color, and print placement may vary from digital representations due to screen settings, device calibration, and the nature of the print-on-demand process.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Crazy Good Threads reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive payment.
Because all products are made to order, production typically begins within 24 hours of order placement. Once production has begun, we cannot cancel or modify your order. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
In the event that we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for any product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
We accept payments processed by Shopify Payments and WiPay. By completing a purchase, you represent that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; and (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider.
You agree to keep your payment and account information current so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

"Crazy Good Threads," "Crazy Good Enterprises," and related marks and logos are trademarks of Crazy Good Enterprises Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Services incorporate tools, integrations, and services provided by third parties, including Shopify, Printify, WiPay, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Analytics, and others listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or practices.
Your use of any third-party services through or in connection with the Services is subject to those parties' own terms and policies. We are not liable for any harm or loss arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party service.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify
Crazy Good Threads is powered by Shopify, which provides the hosting and e-commerce infrastructure for the Services. All sales and purchases are made directly with Crazy Good Enterprises Ltd. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and Crazy Good Threads, and is not responsible for any products, services, or claims arising from those transactions. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Crazy Good Threads.

You represent that you own or have the rights to all Feedback you submit, and that your Feedback does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable law. We are not obligated to act on, compensate you for, or keep confidential any Feedback you provide.

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that products will exactly match their digital representations, given the nature of print-on-demand production and variations in device display settings.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.

Section 16 – Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAZY GOOD ENTERPRISES LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crazy Good Enterprises Ltd., Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party, or (iii) your access to or use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago for any disputes arising under these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crazy Good Enterprises Ltd. regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
